On November 11, 2024, Aigre held a probation evalsuation meeting for middle-level managers on the third floor. The evalsuation team, consisting of all middle and senior management personnel, conducted an assessment of Zhang Yanjuan from the R&D department and Zeng Ronghong from the production department during their probation period.

The evalsuation team attentively listened to the detailed reports presented by the two deputy ministers regarding their work achievements during the probation period. Through question-and-answer sessions and exchanges, the team comprehensively understood their work capabilities, team collaboration spirit, and future development plans. After rigorous and meticulous evalsuation and comprehensive assessment, the evalsuation team unanimously agreed and officially appointed Zhang Yanjuan as the deputy director of the Technical Department and Zeng Ronghong as the deputy director of the Production Department.
