Recently, Aigre at Jiaotong University successfully ignited and welded with its newly developed UN5-150G stationary welder. The key features of this new generation of stationary welder include:
1. Enhanced Structural Strength and Rigidity: The main structure is guided by four axes, significantly improving the structural strength, rigidity, welding stability, and lifespan of the equipment, while maintaining a compact design.
2. Improved Welding Quality with Pressure-Maintained Tumor Pushing: This feature enhances both the internal and external quality of rail welding. The tumor-pushing blade adopts a segmented structure, pushing the rail waist first, followed by the rail top and bottom. This design reduces the pushing force, facilitates chip breaking, and makes cleaning residue easier.
3. Automatic Centering for Improved Efficiency: Before welding, automatic centering of incoming rails shortens the alignment time and enhances alignment quality, thereby boosting welding efficiency.
4. Post-Welding Air-Blowing for Surface Hardness: After welding, an air-blowing function is implemented to meet the European Standard HT350 for post-weld surface hardness.
