On April 18, 2017, Aigre received an urgent request from the Changchun-Baishan Railway project to advance the track completion date from June 2018 to May 2017. The client needed mobiles flash-butt welder and supporting personnel.

Our company immediately dispatched a team led by Jiang Liushun, including key equipment managers and sales engineers, to reinforce the project site. Senior process engineer Huang Liang was also sent for machine debugging.

The AG19 welder unit departed from our factory on April 20 and arrived at the drop-weight test base on April 23. Zhang Zhilong, the engineering department director, oversaw the project. After 12 days of continuous effort, three sets of process parameters passed the drop-weight test conducted by the China Academy of Railway Sciences on May 4, setting a new record in the domestic rail welding industry.
