Under the witness of the owner, supervisor and the field office of general manager department, the welding rail production line of Aigre completed the first set of fixed flash welding drop hammer test of Anshan Iron and Steel 60N hot rolled rail, which successfully passed the rail laying base of the Maeast Railway project. The test verified that the welding equipment and rail meet the requirements of the code, and laid the foundation for the subsequent test. The welded joint of the 500-meter-long rail must withstand two consecutive impacts from a 1-ton hammer to a height of 3.1 meters without breaking. Normally, this type of test takes 2-3 weeks to debug parameters, but this test completed the parameter solidification within 10 days after the use of CIDB approved rails. This achievement is not only a recognition of Aigre's manufacturing capabilities, but also provides an important guarantee for the launch of the long rail laying project and the first laying in December.
